National Nurse's Week May 6-12, 2008

National Nurse's Week will run from May 6-12, 2008. The National theme for this year is "Nurses: Making a Difference Everyday".

This year, our nursing departments are collaborating together to share their week with all the staff at Carrington Health Center with a list of events. The events are as follows:

Monday, May 5-    Nurse’s Night Out. All nurses invited to come to the

                         Vets Club from 5-10 PM for Game Night. Appetizers 
                         will be served. Door Prizes for Nurses in attendance!!

Tuesday, May 6-   Clinic will provide appetizers at 2 PM in the Clinic

Wednesday, May 7- Quilt Dedication in memory of Bonnie Gisvold at
                            8:15 in HFV Chapel

Thursday, May 8-   Acute Care will provide appetizers at 2 PM at Acute
                           Care Nurses Station

Friday, May 9-        HFV, Hospice, Materials Management Nurses are
                           serving Root Beer Floats at 2 PM in the Employee
                           Dining Room.
